Meet an Atlanta GMAT Tutor: Johnny W.

Born and raised in Savannah, Johnny graduated from Emory University with a degree in Business Administration and Management before he ventured out of the state for graduate school. "But not very far", Johnny says with a laugh. After obtaining his world-class MBA at the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business, the Georgia boy was ready to return home.

Johnny's approach to tutoring for the GMAT test involves patience and understanding. He takes the time to get to know where his students are struggling, so they go into the GMAT feeling prepared, confident, and brushed up in all the most pertinent areas of study. This style, no doubt, mirrors Johnny's other passion: Tae Bo. Studying for the GMAT and throwing a Tae Bo punch aren't that different, Johnny insists. He recites the meaning of "T" in Tae Bo as an inspiration for his students: Total commitment to whatever you do. During Johnny's one-on-one private tutoring sessions, you can expect a rigorous learning regimen, which applies Manhattan Review's course syllabus and techniques. The results turn these standardized test takers into high-scoring champions.

When Johnny isn't in Atlanta performing exercises of the body and mind, he's probably home in Savannah visiting his large extended family. Depending on what time of year you catch him, he may also be training to run the Georgia Marathon.
