Meet a Chapel Hill GMAT Tutor: Bridget T.

Bridget T. was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, and never imagined living anywhere other than the West Coast. She and her family members took yearly trips to visit her aunt and uncle in Raleigh and at some point, Bridget began to look forward to these trips, which offered something different than the usual routines of her beloved hometown. Bridget describes herself as someone who has "always" enjoyed working with numbers, and she proudly obtained a bachelor's degree in finance and information systems from the University of Washington, a well-known public research university. Desiring a career in finance and business, Bridget didn't want to leave anything to chance when it came to preparing for the GMAT. While she read countless books and completed an in-person group prep course, she didn't feel nearly prepared to take an exam that could significantly impact the course of her professional life. Bridget enrolled in an online course through Manhattan Review, certain it would be helpful to have professional support and to ensure she was focusing on the right test-related topics. She returned to UNC and obtained a master's degree in teaching, determined to help others enjoy the success she had earned.
