Multiple-Choice Questions With One Answer Choice
Multiple Choice – Select One
There are multiple choice questions in the GRE Quantitative Reasoning section that ask test takers to select one of the five answer choices. These are the classic multiple choice style questions that most students have faced in other standardized tests. This format might be used for questions pertaining to arithmetic, algebra, geometry or data analysis. The only word of caution is that there are also multiple choice questions in the Quantitative Reasoning section of the GRE that ask test takers to select all answers that apply. Test takers should be sure to read the question carefully to be sure they are answering a question in which only one answer is needed.
