Meet a Stamford GRE Tutor: Marcie L.

Marcie L. completed a bachelor's degree in English at Brown University and a master's degree in education at Boston University. She began teaching GRE prep courses and private tutoring sessions in 2011, and joined the staff of Manhattan Review's Stamford branch in 2017. Marcie is also a full-time English teacher at a private high school in suburban Connecticut.

Marcie's GRE teaching has helped her students gain acceptance to graduate programs at large research universities, elite liberal arts colleges, and more specialized tertiary institutions. Her students describe her as a devoted GRE instructor with an engaging classroom presence and a multi-faceted approach to teaching GRE prep.
