Meet a Ho Chi Minh City IELTS Tutor: Margaret T.

Margaret T. grew up in Brighton, England, in a family that spoke English, Vietnamese, and French. She has always had a passion for music and theater. Margaret starred in countless school plays and was an active member of the Drama Club, but she also took school very seriously and worked hard during high school. After obtaining an impressive ACT score, she was accepted to Julliard, where she learned the craft of being a live performer from world-famous theater professionals. After graduating from Julliard, Margaret obtained a master's in education from the University of Pennsylvania and a TESOL certificate from the University of Virginia, hoping to one day combine her passion for singing, dancing, and acting with her desire to help others achieve their own academic and professional success.

After her master's, Margaret accepted a position as a music and drama teacher in Ho Chi Minh City. She also had the chance to teach English as part of an after-school program, and she loved making a difference in the lives of her students.
