Are you a student in the Ghent area seeking to obtain the highest score possible on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS)? If you are searching for the most effective and comprehensive IELTS preparation resources, look no further than the standardized test prep experts at Manhattan Review. If English is not your first or native language and you hope to attend an English-speaking college or university, you will need to obtain an impressive score on the IELTS. A high score on this exam demonstrates your readiness to learn in the English language, as well as your ability to interact with others in English. When it comes to preparing for this important exam, many students enjoy learning in group settings, finding their peers' questions helpful. Other students, however, know they do not perform at their best when attempting to learn complex information around others. If you are an ESL student ready to prepare for the IELTS as part of attending an English-speaking college and know you learn best with lessons customized to your unique test-taking needs, consider working with one of the experienced private tutors at Manhattan Review.
While learning any new language can be difficult, those who learn English as their second, third, or fourth language know true mastery requires far more effort than merely reviewing common vocabulary words. Interactive conversation and consistent, dedicated study are necessary to effectively immerse yourself in the English language. When you partner with Manhattan Review, our world-class tutors know just how to help you obtain the IELTS score you need to attend the undergraduate or graduate program of your dreams. Meet a Ghent IELTS Tutor: Edward W.
Edward W. was born in Washington, DC, and he hoped to one day become a professional educator, like his uncle. Wanting a quality education, Edward worked very hard in high school, and he prepared for the SAT with a private tutor. After achieving an impressive SAT score, Edward was accepted to Georgetown University, where he majored in English. During his undergraduate program, he worked as a tutor for four semesters, helping others master information that came easily to him. After graduating, he attended the University of California at Berkeley, where he obtained a master's degree in teaching, as well as a TESOL certificate. Edward then happily accepted a position as an English teacher at an international school in Ghent.
Edward knew the importance of being fluent in English, and he wanted to help students obtain their own college education that would eventually lead them to professional success. When Edward discovered that Manhattan Review had a local office in Ghent, he reached out about helping students prepare for the IELTS and TOEFL. Students appreciate his carefully customized private tutoring programs, and thanks to his outgoing personality and excellent teaching skills, Edward's tutoring calendar always fills up weeks in advance. When he isn't helping the next generation of English-speakers prepare for IELTS success, Edward can be found visiting vineyards on the weekends and camping with friends.
