Meet a Milan IELTS Tutor: Allegra C.

Allegra C. was born in Bologna but moved to the United States for college. From an early age, she found herself fascinated by different languages and knew a thorough grasp of English would help her go far. Allegra majored in English with a minor in teaching at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and during her undergrad she worked for five semesters as an English and writing tutor. After graduating, Allegra obtained a master's degree in teaching, as well as a TESOL certificate, from the University of California at Los Angeles. She then accepted a job in the Southern California public school system, teaching English and writing composition to both native English speakers and ESL learners.

After a few years, Allegra was invited to teach at an international school in Milan.
