Meet an Salt Lake City TOEFL Tutor: Leah P.
Before coming to Manhattan Review two years ago, Leah spent many years working as an ESL professor at the University of Utah and writing important articles on the challenges of being a non native English speaker, which have been published internationally. And while her initial interest in pursuing a career in such a field was initially sparked by a desire to help out people like herself and her parents, people who are non native English speakers to achieve English proficiency, Lean eventually realized that she in fact had a passion for helping others in this particular manner.
With a solid academic background, Leah could have taken many routes that would have afforded her a successful career and life. Her propensity towards helping others not only landed her her current teaching position at one of the top universities in Salt Lake City, but also a position as a TOEFL private tutor at Manhattan Review. As a private tutor for Manhattan Review, Leah plays a critical role in helping us to deliver the top rated TOEFL test prep services that we are known for all around the world. Our students love working with Leah because she inherently understands their plight. Being someone who has come from a similar background and yet has persevered to the extent that she has forged a successful career for herself is something that they can aspire to as well be inspired by. Leah uses that influence for the benefit of her role as a private TOEFL tutor and as a result, she is able to have a much deeper connection and impact on her students at Manhattan Review.
